Performance Marketing: Implementing SEO, AEO/AIO, and strategic campaigns across earned, owned, and paid media.

Post-Sale Revenue: Creating a post-sale revenue strategy is critical for sustainable success. Increase retention rates (NRR), customer lifetime value (CLV), upsell and cross sell opportunities, word-of-mouth referrals, decrease churn rate, annual recurring revenue (ARR), and renewal rates.  

 

Lead Generation and Demand Generation: 

I review and refine Demand Generation strategies and tactics for Top-Of-Funnel activity driving strong top-of-mind awareness. I also review and refine Lead Generation strategies, processes and tactics to drive more Top-of-Funnel and Middle-of-Funnel qualified leads. I am able to support an introduction of processes and tools (tech-stack) to ensure sustainable execution. Implementing lead nurturing processes and tools can help supporting each stage of the buyer journey (fly-wheel). I work to align sales and marketing to build strong momentum of success.
